I currently work with the Conversation Design Institute team in Amsterdam, helping enterprises establish and scale their Conversational AI Product strategy.

I also independently help brands big and small establish and scale their chatbots for maximum business impact.

Since 2017, I've designed over 100 virtual assistants, founded the Conversation Design team at Jio Haptik (responsible for the world's largest WhatsApp bot), authored multiple playbooks on virtual assistant design, and enjoyed evangelizing the growing AI space in the UAE.
